“Anyone who knows me knows that I hate having my picture taken. I am never happy with them and so I avoid pictures as much as possible and have a bad habit of deleting them from my husband’s camera. After a lifetime of struggling with my weight, self-doubt, and low self-esteem, I found myself approaching my 40th birthday and dreading it. I don’t remember now where exactly I heard about Tracy’s amazing work at Blush Studio, but I was fascinated from the moment I looked at her stunning photographs! I kept looking at their website and reading the testimonials of the other women who had their own photography sessions, and I wanted to feel what they felt. There was an overwhelming sense of body positivity, self-love, and sheer joy that those women spoke of. Who wouldn’t want that for themselves?

When I told my husband that I wanted to drive from Illinois to Ohio to do a session at Blush Studio, he was supportive, but also shocked as he is well aware of my aversion to having my picture taken. I had no idea what to expect, but was ready to embrace the experience! I wanted a photo of myself that I loved. I wanted to face my fears of the camera and feel confident. Big ask, I know, but if not now then when?

From the moment that Heidi and Ashley welcomed me into the studio, I felt at ease. We chatted during hair and makeup like friends and they were both so sweet. Once Tracy arrived, her lovely personality made me feel like an instant friend! I had a blast shooting with Tracy and she is truly an artist. She knows exactly what will make you look fantastic and how to draw out your personality. My photos are stunning. Stunning! She went above and beyond to make my experience amazing and I am so grateful! I cannot recommend Blush Boudoir enough – every woman should be lucky enough to have this experience!” – Ms. A
